CATALINA AMOR

I am a Designer & Creative in NYC who is always looking for new ways to delve deeper into the creative world.

 

I have a diverse background in design from my college career at FIT, experience with Licensing, In-House design, and Freelancing.  

 

My career started at FIT where I majored in Accessories Design and minored in Economics, Art History, and Italian. I love to wear many hats in my professional life and have touched on such departments as product design, product development, creative direction, merchandising, concepting, digital design & marketing, sales, styling, and production. I find I am most fulfilled when I am not just using my creative side of the brain, but also my business side. That, mixed with my diverse background has given me the opportunity to be a well-rounded member for any team.

 

A little bit about my personal life – I am an East Coast native that has worked in NYC for the past 10 years. My roots lie in Spain where I love to travel often to visit family, along with exploring new locations around the globe. In the past few years, I have gotten the opportunity to travel to trade shows and take inspiration trips to Paris, England, LA, and Italy, as well as to Asia to visit factories for work.  Work-travel has been one of the most inspiring parts of my job thus far. I love finding curiosities all over the globe and using them to mold creative ideas from concept to completion.
